Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the KAVKOREA video service (the "Service") provided by KAV Entertainment Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and its members. Article 2 (Definitions) 1. "Service" means the video streaming service provided by the Company. 2. "Member" means a person who has agreed to these Terms and entered into a service agreement. 3. "Pass" means the right to use the Service for a set period. Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms) 1. These Terms take effect when posted on the Service. 2. The Company may amend these Terms. Amendments are announced at least 7 days before they take effect, stating the effective date and the reason. Changes unfavourable to members are announced at least 30 days in advance. Article 4 (Formation of the Agreement) The agreement is formed when an applicant accepts these Terms, applies for membership, and the Company accepts the application. Article 5 (Provision and Suspension of the Service) 1. The Service is provided 24 hours a day, all year round, in principle. 2. The Service may be suspended temporarily for system maintenance, equipment failure, force majeure or similar reasons. The Company announces such suspensions in advance, or afterwards where advance notice is not possible. Article 6 (Paid Service and Payment) 1. The types, prices and periods of passes are as shown on the purchase page. All prices are in Korean won (KRW) and include VAT. 2. Members pay using the payment methods offered by the Company. 3. Recurring products are charged automatically each billing cycle until the member cancels. Article 7 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Refunds) 1. A member may withdraw a subscription within 7 days of payment. This right may be limited by law where the content has already been viewed. 2. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and the content user protection guidelines. 3. Refund requests are received by customer support (kavmedia19@gmail.com). Article 8 (Obligations of Members) Members must not: 1. use another person's information; 2. copy, distribute, transmit or commercially exploit content provided through the Service; 3. interfere with the Company's operation of the Service. Article 9 (Copyright) Copyright in all content provided through the Service belongs to the Company or its rightful owners. Members may use it for personal viewing only. Article 10 (Limitation of Liability) The Company is not liable for failures in the Service caused by force majeure or by reasons attributable to the member.
